You can upload your artwork upon submitting your order. If your artwork is not ready, you can send it to us via email after submitting your order. Alternatively, we can send you a link to upload your artwork using online services such as “wetransfer“.

We prefer .png, .pdf and .jpeg. But we also support other major image file formats such as .ai, .psd, .cdr and .eps. If your have difficulty to convert your artwork file to our supported file formats, please contact us and we will help you.

We use Parcelforce shipping services such as 24, and 48 hours. In some cases, we can provide other shipping methods such as morning and Saturday delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a Parcelforce tracking number via email.

Absolutely, we do this for a lot of our customers. There is no extra charge for shipping with plain boxes and plain labels. Please note that you need to inform us before we dispatch your order or on your purchase.
